Gmail Send-as is ending. You still need one home base for every domain.

Read and reply as support@ and hello@ across your products in one inbox, without forwarding hacks. Connect a subdomain first so your main inbox doesn’t move.

Right now: the Agency plan is free while you keep a domain connected, and we do the DNS with you on a 15-minute call.

What Send-as gave small teams, and what’s changing

For years, Send-as was the quiet trick that let a two-person team look like they had a real support address. That trick is going away.

New configs are already restricted

Google has locked down new Send-as setups for third-party domains, and existing ones are cut off in January 2027.

Forwarding can’t reply as you

A forwarding rule gets mail into an inbox, but every reply goes out from your personal Gmail address, not support@ or hello@.

Another Workspace seat isn’t the fix

Buying a full Workspace seat per shared address turns a five-minute problem into a recurring per-person bill.

A customer emails support@. It lands somewhere random.

Then someone replies from their personal Gmail, not the brand the customer wrote to. Now multiply that by every product you run, two, three, five domains, each with its own support@ and hello@ scattered across personal inboxes and forwarding rules. This isn’t a help-desk problem. It’s the support inbox for teams that don’t need a help desk: they just need mail to arrive, and replies to go out as the right address.

How Mailyond replaces the hack

One inbox, color-tagged per domain. Reply from the exact address the mail arrived at, so you’re never guessing which brand you’re supposed to be.

One inbox, every domain

Every connected domain lands in the same view, tagged by color so you always know which brand a message is for.

Reply-as the right address

Replies go out from the address the mail arrived at: support@ stays support@, hello@ stays hello@.

API on the same domains

The same connected domains can also send transactional mail through the API, if and when you need it.

The Mailyond inbox with a message list, per-domain tags on each email, and an open support request with reply, reply all and forward buttons.

Subdomain mode

Connect support.yourdomain.com to Mailyond. Your apex domain keeps running on Gmail or Workspace, untouched.

The free Agency plan, done with you

Keep a real domain connected and the Agency plan is free. We prepare the DNS records, you paste them in, and we watch verification succeed together on a 15-minute call, not a weekend of DNS archaeology. Subdomain-first means it runs alongside your current setup, so nothing you have today has to break first.
