Is this "email for AI agents"?

No. It’s an MCP server on top of a human multi-domain support inbox: the same connected domains and messages you’d see in the dashboard.

Do I need the Agency plan?

No. MCP works on Basic ($10 a month for 5 domains) like the rest of the inbox. New workspaces start on a 7-day Basic trial.

Does MCP replace the dashboard?

No, it’s complementary. The dashboard is still where you connect domains, manage members and view the full inbox.

I run five products, each on its own domain, and for months I answered their support mail from my personal Gmail because there was nowhere else for it to land.
